Our new online marriage service is here to help you find a life partner, Inshallah. IT has been set up to help you and please Allah. Those wishing to access the service must fill in their profile page and send it to the WISE. This will be sent directly to our administrator who will try to find you a suitable match and send you their contact details. You may be asked for a photo of yourself at a later stage to make selection easier. If you do not wish prospective partners to see it then it will only be seen by the administrator to aid the process.
Cost The service is free of charge but donations to WISE would be welcomed.
Code of Conduct Please read the following before proceeding: >> All contact with a prospective partner must be done in a halal manner. >> Guard yourself at all times by making sure you are not alone with anyone except online using an email address only. Do not exchange phone numbers in the first instance. >> Use common sense and be cautious. Do not believe every thing you are told and watch out for any strange behavior. If you are worried then ask to speak to the persons’ mother or father. >> Keep your parents, wali, friend or family member informed at all times and copied into emails. Initial contact should be with their approval. >> Meet only when you are ready. You have no obligation to meet. >> Warning signs. Behavior such as anger or demeaning comments, physically inappropriate comments, intense frustration, or controlling you are obvious warning signs. >> Meeting for the first time, never be alone. Choose the safest possible environment and have your wali present. >> Use your own transport when meeting someone. Don’t let them make travel arrangements for you. WISE takes no liability for those who do not follow this code of conduct. Privacy Policy All data will be kept in accordance with the data protection act and your details will not be passed on to anyone else. When you no longer require the service your details will no longer be kept. Please note that this is a local service operated by volunteers.
